Files and structural data
Files are processed in this browser. Non-box artwork, GLB, and OBJ files are not uploaded. For box PDFs, only artwork-free structural data—normalized lines, panel connections, counts, and fold results—is sent to Supabase. We do not automatically store names, artwork, or original files. Structural data is deleted after 12 months. The 3D preview and PNG are created in this browser.
Anonymous usage and country
We record page visits and a short product funnel such as upload, 3D preview, and PNG download. Country-level location is derived from the request network address. We do not store the raw address or precise location in these records, and web visit analytics does not track you across different days.
PDFs shared for improvement
After each analysis, we ask whether you want to share the complete PDF with its analysis result. Sharing is optional and declining does not affect your result. A PDF you choose to share is kept private for up to 90 days from consent. You can withdraw using the receipt kept in this browser, and the PDF will be deleted immediately. Incomplete requests are cleared after 24 hours.
Abuse prevention
To limit repeated requests, we count recent activity using a non-reversible digest of the network address. The original address is not stored.
Structural data and PDFs shared for improvement are stored in Sydney, Australia. Service API traffic is processed in Washington, D.C., and shared PDFs pass through Virginia before being stored in Sydney.
